These are Our General Terms and Conditions, which are different from Our eBay Trading Policy that is a separate document published separately.
In the following terms:
“See Tech More Clearly” and “Swedos” are Trading Names of Graham Hardy
We/Us/Our means See Things more Clearly or Swedos.
Our Website is available at www.seetechmoreclearly.uk, www.swedos.info, which may also be accessed by the domain names www.seetechmoreclearly.com, www.seetechmoreclearly.co.uk, www.swedos.co.uk, www.shallwedosomething.co.uk. www.shallwedosomething.com or www.computercare.swedos.info
Services (Computer and Technology Care support and advice, Driving & Delivery and Creative Paper or Web Design) are Services offered by Us.
Swedos Products are items designed, produced, and distributed wholly by Swedos.
Items We Sell are other items that are purchased by Us and distributed by Us.
The Proprietor is the owner and manager in charge of See Tech More Clearly / Swedos.
The Client or You is the person who purchases or makes use of Our Services or uses Our Products or Items We Sell.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Photographs, graphics and design of paper documents and online websites, associated logos, graphics and products or items produced by Us are Copyright and may not be reproduced or copied in any way without Our direct written permission. Logos graphics and photographs not owned by Us are Copyright to their respective owners. Design work done for You (by Us) becomes Your Copyright after payment for work Invoiced by Us has been received.
Ordering Services or Buying Products or Items we Sell
Orders for Services and/or Products may be made in person, by telephone, or email. (We will not accept orders via Instant Chat unless confirmed by You by email or phone.) Products or Items We Sell may also be purchased using “Buy It Now” buttons on Our Website or other websites including eBay. Details of orders will be confirmed in writing by email or printed letter where prices, delivery charges if appropriate, and duration and details of any contracts will be agreed.

Prices For Services Offered, Products or Items Sold, and Delivery Charges
Our standard rates are quoted on Our Website. Prices for Services are quoted individually, usually in writing by email or letter. Delivery charges for all orders of Products or Items Sold are calculated by weight and size and are shown on each item listing. Charges for orders that need to be posted are applied separately for each order, according to the total number of items per order. Free delivery may be available if advertised. If free delivery is offered, it will usually be via the cheapest method of delivery, for example Second Class Post.
Payment for Services, Products, or Items Sold
Payments for Services may be made by person in cash at the time, by cheque in person, or by post, or by direct bank transfer, or by debit/credit card via Invoice issued by email. Full payment for Services must be made within FOURTEEN DAYS of the work being completed.
Payment for Products made to order or Items We Sell are accepted by Cheque, Postal Order, or direct bank transfer, or by debit/credit card via Invoice issued by email, and orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared – this may take 5-
We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.
If You Have Problems Paying
If you have ordered a Service, Product or Item We Sell but are having problems paying please contact Us within 14 days, otherwise administration charges may be applied if more than one reminder communication has to be sent. If you cannot pay, We reserve the right NOT to provide any service or sale to You in future.
Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations
We expect that you will be entirely satisfied and pleased with the products and services we provide, but we understand that there might occasionally be problems, or indeed disappointments. If you are not happy with something please contact us WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS of receiving your order or completion of a Service offered.
(The following two paragraph were updated on 24th April 2014 in light of the new European Consumer Rights Directive and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 that became UK Law from 13 June 2014)
If you are not happy with a Service offered we may, at the Proprietor’s discretion, provide full or part refund. If our Products or Items We Sell are not to your satisfaction, and are returned to us unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, we will provide a full refund. If You have received items from us that are damaged or faulty please contact us IMMEDIATELY and return them to us WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS and we will discuss options for replacement (or refund at the Proprietor’s Discretion.)
Please note: You are USUALLY responsible for return postage charges*, which cannot be refunded. We recommend that You obtain PROOF OF POSTING when returning items to Us; We will not issue refunds until the original items are back in Our possession. *If an item is faulty We will pay refund the amount you paid for return postage within 14 days of receiving the item back in Our possession.
You also have a “cooling off period” of fourteen days after making a purchase, so if you simply change your mind, ensure you return the item(s) to us within fourteen days to receive a full refund excluding the cost of return postage.
Orders may be cancelled by notifying Us by email or telephone before You receive email or telephone confirmation that your order has been dispatched. The refund/replacement terms above apply after dispatch. If refunds are due We will pay them either by cheque or by PayPal Refund depending on the original method of payment.
You may contact Us by email or telephone if You have any queries or problems. Our contact details are published on the “About Us” page of Our Website, at the bottom of listings on other websites, on promotional leaflets, and on any correspondence. We communicate in English at all times.
Our business is operated by Mr G. C. Hardy, trading as See Tech More Clearly / Swedos from Bere Regis in Dorset, England. (Full trading details are included on all Invoices and Receipts and other Official Documents. We no longer publish our Postal Address directly on our Website to prevent fraudulent use.)
We may review these terms and conditions at any time, and revisions will be published on Our Website and distributed by Email and/or post to current clients from time to time.
