It is now possible for you to chat to us if we are available online.  Wait for the chat window on the right to load, and if we are available the status indicator will change from grey to green, and text will show that we are online.  Simply click BEGIN A CONVERSATION and type your message then click the SEND button on screen - and we will respond as soon as possible.

 

Help may be available online through Remote Asssitance using part of the Windows Operating System, or using Window Live Messenger, or alternatively arrange an appointment for us to visit you at your location. (Please see our MAP for the area we cover for personal visits.)

 

Our pricing structure is simple:

Remote Assistance is charged at £6.00 per hour

Personal Visits are charged at £7.00 per hour

 

Extra charges apply for travel and purchases.

 

(You can pay by various means including PayPal which means you can use your credit or debit card without sharing your personal details.)

 

 

We use Microsoft’s Windows Live Messenger to provide this service, although you do not need any software installed to have a chat here.  No personal details are shared by using this free chat service, but if you request Remote Assistance (usually available if you are using a Windows XP or Vista computer) then there are further privacy implications that will be discussed with you before you send the Remote Assistance Request..
